P. Michael Michaud Memorial Geomatics Engineering Technology Bursary

P. Michael Michaud, commissioned both as an Alberta Land Surveyor and a Canada Lands Surveyor, was not only a graduate of NAIT’s Survey Technology Co-op Program but a NAIT lecturer as well. He served as the 11th Director of Surveys, Government of Alberta, from 1996-2012. His wife, Linda, established this bursary to honour Mike and his accomplishments etched in Alberta’s rich survey history

Available to students enrolled in the second year of the Geomatics Engineering Technology program at NAIT. Awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need. Preference will be given to students who are intending on becoming an Alberta Land Surveyor or Canada Lands Surveyor.

Students must complete the application to be considered for this award.
