Terry Fulcher was a proud NAIT Alumnus, Instructor, and Program Chair bringing his passion for life, learning and construction to the students of the Construction and Civil Engineering Technologies diploma programs. Terry believed enthusiastically in the power of education to make life better and that everyone deserved that opportunity.
Available to a second-year student enrolled in the Construction Engineering Technology program. Awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need and satisfactory academic achievement.
