Manuel Machado Occupational Health and Safety Award

Available to students of the Baking and Pastry Arts; Culinary Arts (years 1&2); Hospitality Management; and Professional Meat Cutting and Merchandising programs. Awarded on the basis of a written essay of no less than 500 words that answers the questions: “What is the role of Occupational Health & Safety in the Hospitality Industry?” and “How are you going to continue to display leadership with regards to Occupational Health & Safety in your industry?” Students must complete the application to be considered for this award.
