Matthew Gordon Wright Scholarship

Available to students enrolled in the Game Development – Animation and Game Design program. Awarded on the basis of excellent academic achievement. Preference given to Canadian citizens and Alberta residents.

Matthew Gordon Wright was a proud NAIT graduate of the DMIT Game Design program. A gifted illustrator, he filled sketchbooks with imaginative characters and worlds. Matthew lived with passion and kindness, facing challenges head on as a loving brother, son, and friend. He met epilepsy with resilience and positivity. Though his life was far too short, his talent endures. This Scholarship honours his memory by supporting students who share his passion for illustration and game design.

Students will automatically be considered for this award. No application required.
