Canadian Culinary Federation Edmonton - Cooking

Available to CCFCC Junior Members in good standing who are enrolled in the 3rd year Cooking Apprenticeship program at NAIT. Awarded on the basis of a personal letter highlighting: a) Education and career plans; b) Reasons for applying. Applications must include a letter of recommendation from an employer chef; a letter of recommendation from a chef instructor or teacher; and a photocopy of marks for the in-school technical training component for the applicable year.

Apprentices must submit an application to be considered for this award.
