Available to students from historically marginalized and excluded communities(Aboriginal students, Women and or/gender minorities in male-dominated programs, 2SLGBTQIA+ students,
students with a prolonged or persistent disability, single-parents or children of single-parents, visible minorities or racialized people) enrolled in the Machinist Apprenticeship program. Awarded on the basis of a written
statement detailing the applicant’s personal journey to post-secondary and satisfactory academic achievement in the most recent term. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate financial need

Apprentices must submit an application to be considered for this award. Apprentices will only be considered for the intake they attend NAIT.
