Mirek Grzeszczukm Memorial Bursary

Mirek was a force of generosity, kindness and light in the lives of all who knew him. Born and raised in Poland, he immigrated to Canada with determination and hope for a better future. He graduated from NAIT’s Civil Engineering Technology program—an experience he often spoke of with deep gratitude. NAIT provided not only an education, but also the foundation for a meaningful career and life.

Mirek had a passion for cooking, the outdoors and travel, but above all, he cherished his family and the people around him. He loved deeply, honestly and patiently. He was known for his quiet strength, never speaking harshly or passing judgment. His warmth and generous spirit left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

MPE a division of Englobe was proud to be part of Mirek’s professional journey and is honored to celebrate his legacy through this bursary. In supporting a student in NAIT’s engineering technology program, we pay tribute to the path that helped Mirek find his purpose—and hope to help others do the same.

Available to students enrolled in any NAIT engineering technology diploma program. Awarded on the basis of demosntrated financial need and satisfactory academic achievement.
