Construction Labour Relations Alberts - Grant

Available to first and second-period students from historically marginalized and excluded communities (Aboriginal students, Women and or/gender minorities in male-dominated programs, 2SLGBTQIA+ students, students with a prolonged or persistent disability, single-parents or children of single-parents, visible minorities or racialized people) enrolled in the Carpenter, Ironworker, Insulator, Millwright, Plumber, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic, Roofer Sheet Metal Worker, Steamfitter-Pipefitter and Welder apprenticeship programs. Six awards will be available for each intake (five intakes annually). Awarded on the basis of a written statement detailing the applicant’s personal journey to post-secondary and satisfactory academic achievement.

Apprentice must submit an application to be considered for this award.
